About Our Vacation Home

Sandpiper Beach 501: Your Vacation Home in PARADISE!

Two bedroom, two bath condo (Max 6 people) vacation rental by owner located beachfront on Sanibel Island
Our entire grounds are designated non-smoking, per our HOA rules
NO PETS allowed per HOA rules
Heated pool, tennis, grills, and shuffleboard on 13 acres shared with 26 other units
Dining room seats 6 guests
Full, well equipped kitchen
Full sized washer and dryer located in unit
1 king bed in Owner’s bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom, and one queen murphy bed
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
Access to the owner's closet on the ground floor of the building where beach chairs, sand and pool toys, beach wagon, coolers, umbrellas, and other items are inside for our guests to use.

Sandpiper Beach feels like an island within an island! You will love how secluded it feels. Our small, 27 unit non-smoking complex has tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, one HUGE gulf front pool (heated), grilling area and a private, secluded beach. We are located on a dead-end street next to Algier's Park where you will experience the wildlife Sanibel has to offer. Our unit also has a storage unit with chairs, coolers, beach wagon, umbrellas and pool and beach toys for our guests to enjoy.
